Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Part-Italian, she is also of Italian descent. Cook first appeared in an announcement of public service for foster care at the age of seven of age, and started working as a young print model when she was 10, including nationwide advertisements for Target and on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits.
